1. Vertical ring die pellet machine VS Flat die pellet machine

-1, flat die pellet mill, the die is like a plate, there are less holes on the die, so it means there are less areas can making pellets, so the capacity will be lower; Vertical ring die, it is a very big ring, so there are so many holes, so the capacity is much higher than flat die.

-2, The flat die pellet mill, due to the structure, only support in the middle of the die( just like a pen support one paper, see the attached photo), after a long time the die will bend or broken, not good for big capacity and long time working, but vertical ring die pellet mill, the ring die vertical seat, and ring die stable, inside roller rotary, so the machine working more stable, can working for big capacity and long time.

-3, The flat die pellet mill just use gears to change the rotary direction and rotary speed, but the our vertical ring die pellet mill use whole gear box( which is Germany technology), and with auto lubrication system for the gear box, so much suitable for long time working

-4, the Vertical ring die pellet mill with fan-cooling system for the bearing room, making the machine working in thermostatic condition, so no matter how long working the machine temperature is same, good for the inside bearing. And also the fan-cooling system is connect with the dust filter, which can collection the fly out dust when the machine working, clean the workshop when the machine working.

2. Vertical ring die pellet machine VS Normal ring die pellet machine

 -1, the normal ring die pellet maker machine is designed for animal feed pellets making, machine is small, total weight is much much less than Vertical ring die, so when the high fiber into the machine make the normal ring die working very hard, and very easy for sharking when working. Vertically ring die very heavy, much stable when working. It is designed for wood sawdust and other high fiber content materials.

-2, normal ring die pellet mill, the ring die rotary, the inside roller fixed, so it is a very big part rotary all the time. But for Vertical ring die pellet mill, the ring die fixed, inside rollers rotary. So if you explain to any engineers they will understand big part moving, the unstable is much bigger than small parts moving. It means, the normal ring die pellet mill is much easy broken down than the vertical ring die ( base on the engineering design)

 -3, the normally ring die pellet mill, the mainly axis is horizontal and install the ring die at one side, and the like” hammer in horizontal condition”, so after a long time the horizontal axis will bend or broken very easily. But for vertical ring die pellet mill, install the axis and the ring die vertically can solve this problem.

-4,The normal ring die pellet mill, inside rotary speed is very very high, and the machine due to design for animal feed pellet making, so the machine closed very good, no place to hot air come out ( but for sawdust pellet making, the sawdust with moisture content, when pellet making there will be some steam come out) so the roller bearing will get very high temperature, it is easy to broken the roller bearing. But the vertical ring die pellet mill, the inside rotary speed is much lower, and due to it is designed for wood pellet making, with so many place to let the hot air and steam come out, so the inside roller bearing is in normal temperate, long time working no problem.
